As a key partner in the Missouri Apprenticeships in Manufacturing Programs (MoAMP) grant, 25th Hour Communications collaborated with St. Louis Community College (STLCC) to produce a series of testimonial videos aimed at capturing the transformative impact of the MoAMP initiative on students and local industries.
Services: Our team partnered with STLCC to create testimonial videos showcasing programs like Welding, HVAC, and Boeing’s pre-employment training. Filmed on campus and in the field, the videos highlighted students’ personal journeys and how these programs connect participants to in-demand careers. Real-world training environments and advanced machinery were prominently featured, making the content relatable and visually compelling.
Results: By aligning the videos with the goals of the MoAMP grant, 25th Hour emphasized regional workforce development and industry partnerships. Testimonials from Boeing’s SMAR and Composites Mechanic trainees showed clear pathways from training to careers, inspiring future participants and strengthening program credibility.
The videos, shared widely online and through the MoAMP website, became key recruitment tools. Personal success stories and impactful visuals drove awareness and engagement, humanizing the programs and demonstrating their effectiveness. This collaboration elevated the MoAMP initiative, setting a new benchmark for communicating workforce training success.
