Ohlone College found itself with an interim president when the previous president resigned. The marketing office was working through a transition at this time, requiring assistance with executive communication. When a new president was chosen, the college needed to announce his arrival and provide key executive messaging to the college, its students and the surrounding communities.
With the new president coming on board, Ohlone looked to 25th Hour to create a strategic plan that included advertorials, email campaigns, press releases, text campaigns, and internal messaging. Additionally, various awareness campaigns, executive speeches and media relations were provided as part of the onboarding process. All communications intended to assure the internal and external community that this president is here to stay, that he cares about the people, and that Ohlone College is the best choice for student success.
